With over 14 years of experience in financial management for nonprofits, she deeply understands their challenges. Yara's unique perspective in her work is shaped by her lived experiences and upbringing in Puerto Rico & the Bronx, NY. Before establishing her company, she served as the Director of Finance & HR at a charter school in her community.
