We humans spend our days HUMAN-ING?? No we spend our days working and have forgotten HUMANING really means connecting and loving—this is more important than the DO—ing we get so busy DOING. But how we connect, what we love to do—that’s where we differ. 


Water droplets are all the same, but those same water droplets get cold and become snowflakes and not 2 are alike. We humans are 2/3 water in our human form—we are both the same and different.


There are so so many “typing” systems to understand ourselves better under all the layers, all the shells and skins. And again prioritizing pleasure and play in your life may really turn that PNS back on and encourage your body to live in vitality and we want to maximize your HEALTH span and not just count the years.
