It’s killing us.


It tries to kill me—daily! And I have learned to befriend it, rather than compete with it. Competition with myself or others hijacks our nervous system and promotes illness.


And in today’s age of social media and the information explosion—it can become a daily struggle — SOCIAL MEDIA magnifies comparison, and with it rising rates of anxiety, depression (especially in our younger years). Chronic illness is on the rise as is many diseases that heretofore were adult only diseases and now they are presenting in our youth and young adulthood — SOCIAL MEDIA also magnifies the information explosion—there is so much out there. Weeding through it all to find truths can be overwhelming and can really negatively affect our nervous system.


We will dive into this—and play with opposites. How can we hold our inner judge and our inner best friend simultaneously?


How can we “compete” to be the best version of ourselves AND simultaneously remember collaboration and interdependence is really our secret sauce? How can one individual make a difference in the world, or even just make one decision and ensure they are doing life RIGHT?
