Living a pleasure-filled life is possible for all of us, but it requires us to continue to play at life and move back to that pleasure-filled state. Again, if life is really lived in the NOW, in this moment right now—then all that really is, is only RIGHT NOW and we can make a decision, right now, that right now - I am going to feel good.
