Taking the audience from who i was, a young girl. i struggled with confidence, self doubt, being unlovable, never fit in, never felt like I belonged and never believed that i could become successful. Yet against all odds, i did and became the person i am today. And, i get asked this question all the time: "How Do You Do It?" And, what it takes to go from ordinary to extraordinary and the steps one can take to become the person they only dreamed about.


Meet Terry Yoffe, CPCC, PCC 3X Certified International Business and Communications Coach, who has been coaching for over 20 years. She has spent many years in both corporate and entrepreneurial roles.


With 60 years of wisdom, business savvy and life experiences, she has learned how to face change head-on with resilience, persistence and perseverance by stepping into that arena every day, fighting, meeting failure head on and yet returning to look life in the face each day with courage, discipline and uncovering her own inner strength and power. Each day, she continues to do the work required to grow, transform and become the very best version of herself


As a committed and very successful coach, she has helped hundreds break through what’s holding them back and build the mindset that drives success, whether in the corporate or entrepreneurial areas, as well as those that want to embrace ageism, career pivots by reinventing themselves and helping clients learn the secrets to mastering life and creating the changes they want to achieve.


At 82, she believes that you are never too old or too late to reset your mindset, live with purpose and create impact.
