Russ Rogers is not your typical author—he’s a heart-led visionary on a mission to get families moving, growing, and thriving together. With a passion for transformation and a deep commitment to community, Russ founded MoveToday365 to inspire healthier, more connected lives through movement and mindfulness.


His journey began with a heart for service—working in an orphanage, leading as a youth pastor, and coaching children. These experiences shaped his unwavering belief in the power of positive influence, especially in the early years of a child’s life. Russ has spent years uplifting families and creating environments where kids can flourish.


The idea for MoveToday365 was born mid-flight, during a moment of reflection that became a turning point. Fueled by purpose, Russ went on to write five books—his movement-based activity series designed for families with children from infancy to age five. The launch event at Mr. Toot’s Coffeehouse in Capitola, California, on June 10th, 2023, was just the beginning of what would become a vibrant and growing movement.
