Let's Play With Play… How Do You Like To Play?

Life is your Personal PLAY.


You choose the script & the actors, you direct it and produce it and even choose who supports your production. There can be multiple rewrites, revisions and productions, prequels and sequels. It's up to you to get CREATIVE as you experience and write and edit your play(your life).


As you experience your life, your personal play, ideally, you remember that your one magical life is a gift from the universe to you, for you always, and you get to PLAY with this life. Life doesn't have to be a struggle. 


Human civilization has survived through millenia through love and collaboration and creativity (love is even hidden in the word EVOLution). 


The outdated paradigm of competition, comparison, conformity, & control is only one way to do life.


In contrast, play as a means of resetting the nervous system is repeated over and over again in nature and we would do well to REMEMBER that just as children play, adults can and should PLAY too.


In fact, the best ways to move through trauma, release stuck energy and to heal is somatically. To feel, to create, to imagine, to move and to connect with ourselves and others.
